Senior Principal Verification Engineer (Automotive PMIC)

What you will do

• Design and architect mixed-signal verification environments with Real Number Models and AMS model integration.
• Develop verification plans and strategies for automotive PMIC products, including compliance with ISO 26262 and AEC-Q200.
• Set up and optimize Gate-Level Simulation flows and correlate results with RTL simulations.
• Debug switched-mode regulators, LDO regulators, bandgap and reference circuits, and mixed-signal interfaces across PVT corners.
• Collaborate with Design, Application Engineering, ATE, and Silicon Validation teams on verification handoffs and test correlation.
• Lead and mentor junior verification engineers while improving verification tools, methodologies, infrastructure, and documentation.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in mixed-signal or analog circuit verification.
• Deep expertise in mixed-signal verification architecture, RNM and AMS integration, and GLS flows.
• Proficiency with RTL and behavioral simulation tools such as Spectre and Xcelium.
• Experience with Verilog, SystemVerilog, and/or SPICE-based languages, plus UVM, assertions, and coverage-driven verification.
• Leadership and mentoring experience, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
