Senior Software Engineer - B2B Tribe (AI)

Location: Paris, France; Paris-based hybrid role with 2 days of home office per week and up to 4 additional fully remote weeks during summer and December.

What you will do

• Build reliable product features, backend services, APIs, internal tools, and data workflows for B2B growth and operational efficiency.
• Improve restaurant onboarding, monetization, upsell, product discovery, referral loops, and access to useful data and recommendations.
• Automate workflows for Sales, Customer Care, Moderation, and Operations teams.
• Prototype AI agents, MCP workflows, CLI-based automations, and internal copilots.
• Turn fragmented data and manual work into maintainable systems that reduce operational costs and improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Care, and Operations.

Requirements

• Senior backend or full-stack engineering experience building reliable web applications, backend services, APIs, or distributed systems.
• Node, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL are minimum requirements.
• Strong engineering foundations, product judgment, pragmatism, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to turn loosely defined problems into shipped software while maintaining reliability, security, observability, and user trust.
• Clear communication in English.
• Ability to work in a Paris-based hybrid setup with regular office presence.

Nice to have

• Experience with Copilot, Claude, CLI agents, MCP workflows, or custom automations.
• Background in B2B SaaS, growth, monetization, onboarding, sales-assist, or product-led growth.
• Experience building internal tools, automations, or operational workflows that save time or reduce costs.
• Experience with data pipelines, reverse ETL, analytics engineering, or customer data platforms.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, DBT, AWS Glue, Hightouch, Datadog, or Grafana.
