Senior Cloud Engineer - T Cloud Public

Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do

• Design public cloud architectures for T Cloud Public using hands-on technology architecture expertise.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform and infrastructure-focused CI/CD pipelines.
• Design highly available and disaster-resistant environments, including VPC networking, IAM federation, Kubernetes, containers, logging, and observability.
• Implement and support security products, workload protection, container hardening, and enterprise security frameworks.
• Create C5- and GDPR-compliant environments with audit-ready technical documentation.
• Assess, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain cloud platforms and customer-facing infrastructure.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT or telecommunications.
• Strong public cloud architecture knowledge; experience with GCP or another hyperscaler such as AWS or Azure.
• Mandatory hands-on Terraform experience and proficiency with GitHub, Ansible, Packer, PowerShell, Python, and remote APIs.
• Strong Linux and networking knowledge, plus experience with containers, orchestration, DevOps, and continuous delivery.
• German at minimum B2 level is required for customer contact.
• Fluent English is required.
