Cloud Enterprise Architect (Cloud Architecture): Designing scalable cloud-native solutions and microservices-driven architectures for distributed systems with an accent on Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, middleware, scalability, and resiliency. Focus on applying TOGAF and Zachman, translating business requirements into enterprise architectures, and performing gap, SWOT, and total cost of ownership analyses.
Location: Hybrid, based in Lisbon 2–3 times per week; candidates must be based in Portugal and have Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do
- Design and govern complex cloud and distributed-system architectures for consulting engagements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, resilient cloud-native solutions.
- Deliver microservices-driven architectures in cloud environments.
- Assess software and systems implementations using object-oriented programming and object-oriented analysis and design principles.
- Perform gap analysis, SWOT analysis, and total cost of ownership modelling to support architecture decisions and stakeholder recommendations.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience as a Cloud Enterprise Architect.
- Expertise in middleware, scalability, resiliency, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Experience with TOGAF and Zachman enterprise architecture frameworks.
- English fluency at B2 level.
- Availability for a hybrid schedule in Lisbon 2–3 times per week and the right to work in Portugal.
