Revenue Operation Analyst

Location: Hybrid role in Oak Brook, Illinois, United States; travel up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $76,600–$123,775 per year, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Analyze historical sales and partner performance metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and underperforming accounts.
• Develop recovery plans, target lists, and coordinated sales activities with sales leadership and field sellers.
• Build financial models, track program performance against targets, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional revenue initiatives and align sales, finance, marketing, operations, supply chain, and logistics teams.
• Define objectives and KPIs, streamline business processes, and remove operational blockers.
• Prepare executive updates on risks, opportunities, mitigation plans, forecasting, pipeline management, and goal-setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, analytics, or a related field.
• Expert-level working knowledge of Excel preferred, along with Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and collaboratively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Oak Brook, Illinois, and travel up to 10%.
