Senior Regional Consultant - Southeast Region (Miami) (Investment Management)

Location: Miami, United States; hybrid work environment with remote and onsite work

Base salary: $95,000 per year, plus competitive commission pay.

What you will do

• Sell MFS investment products and services through broker-dealer, regional, independent, and bank channels.
• Conduct sales meetings, develop territory strategies, and execute regional business plans.
• Manage client relationships as the primary contact and subject matter expert, supporting asset and client retention.
• Identify and prospect new producers, dealers, and opportunities within the Southeast region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Service, Product, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver sales goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM and client records, represent MFS at industry events, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–12+ years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, selling, and presentation skills.
• In-depth investment product and industry knowledge.
• Ability to travel extensively and balance territory production with management responsibilities.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations required in accordance with MFS licensing policy.
