Location: Preferred locations are Atlanta, GA; Bethlehem, PA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Holmdel, NJ; New York, NY; and Plano, TX. A combination of in-office and remote work is preferred. Approximately 30% travel is required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Salary: $102,540–$168,450 base pay annually, plus potential annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Build strategic relationships with broker partners, consultants, and PEO leadership teams.
- Manage portfolio health across retention, growth, persistency, renewal execution, and profitability objectives.
- Identify participation, product penetration, cross-sell, and other growth opportunities within existing PEO relationships.
- Lead client strategy, stewardship, sales strategy, and annual planning meetings.
- Conduct financial, operational, and market analyses and develop customized plan design and policy solutions.
- Lead renewals, negotiate contracts and broker agreements, and coordinate account strategies with technology, operations, implementation, and product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in PEO, employee benefits, insurance, HR services, or consultative account management.
- Understanding of the PEO competitive landscape, regulatory considerations, emerging trends, group benefits products, and client lifecycle management.
- Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, negotiation, relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead complex client engagements, translate data into actionable strategies, and work across a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Tableau, and related tools.
