Transportation Pricing & Quoting Customer Experience Representative – The Americas (Logistics)

Location: Onsite full-time at any hirify.global office in the US; primary office listed in Bellevue, Washington.

Salary: USD 70,000–80,000 yearly

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer service contact after transportation spot quotes are executed.
• Coordinate approved quotes with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate handoffs from pricing to operations.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries about executed quotes.
• Communicate quote status, changes, and issues to internal teams and external customers.
• Maintain accurate quote execution and customer interaction records in the Pricing Database.
• Escalate unresolved service issues and recurring execution problems to management.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to triage a high volume of inbound requests.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of service offerings and team structures to route requests correctly.
• Ability to prioritize and process requests quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
• Comfort working with a pricing database or quote intake system.
• Ability to work onsite full-time at an hirify.global office in the US.
