Junior Accountant (Real Estate)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; hybrid

Salary: CAD 55,575–65,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the accounting team with timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.
• Prepare working papers for accruals, allocations, journal entries, and account reconciliations across business units.
• Compile data for financial analysis and complete accounting data entry.
• Issue invoices and contribute to monthly accounts receivable reporting.
• Build accounting skills and knowledge by learning from colleagues.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in an accounting position is preferred.
• Current enrollment as a CPA student.
• Degree in Accounting.
• Self-motivated approach, customer service orientation, and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
