hirify.global Energy operates a large sustainable energy platform covering hydroelectric, wind, solar, distributed generation, storage, nuclear services, carbon capture and storage, renewable natural gas, and materials recycling.

What you will do

• Review quarterly and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with IFRS.
• Prepare and assess management discussion and analysis materials, quarterly and annual reports, and investor supplements.
• Lead finance activities for debt and equity security issuances in collaboration with capital markets teams and external stakeholders.
• Support annual budgeting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations requests, investor day activities, and ad hoc projects.
• Manage quarterly reviews and annual external audits, including coordination with the corporate finance team.
• Own SOX internal controls, improve financial reporting processes, implement technology, and guide the finance team.

Requirements

• CA or CPA designation with 6–10 years of progressively senior accounting or finance experience, including 2–3 years of people leadership.
• Experience with consolidation software such as OneStream and familiarity with XBRL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret complex financial information, synthesize data into meaningful reports, and explain issues clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, initiative, stakeholder management, and coaching capability.
