Branch Manager (Financial Services)

Salary: $70,304–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a hirify.global & Associates retail branch.
• Attract, select, train, supervise, and retain financial advisors and support staff.
• Manage compliance oversight, regulatory adherence, daily trading, and other office activities.
• Develop branch growth strategies, sales plans, revenue forecasts, and expense budgets.
• Resolve client complaints, review client accounts, and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Support seminars, client events, product updates, community activities, and an individual book of business where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or an approved equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• At least three years of experience in a financial services firm; general experience listed as 6–10 years and manager experience as 3–6 years.
• Required securities licenses include SIE, Series 7, Series 9 and 10 or Series 8, and Series 63 and 65 or Series 66 as required by the state.
• Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Insurance Licenses are required.
• NFA Commodities License is required if commodities trading is conducted at the branch.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, communicate across organizational levels, solve problems, and deliver professional presentations.
