Sr. Associate, Voluntary Corporate Actions Team (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid role with three in-office days per week in St. Petersburg, FL; Memphis, TN; or Southfield, MI, United States. Working hours are 7:30am–4:30pm.

What you will do

• Manage voluntary corporate action events throughout the event lifecycle.
• Create and communicate event details, process elections and payouts, and submit instructions to external partners.
• Maintain quality controls and ensure compliance with corporate action policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mitigate financial risk and resolve complex operational issues.
• Build relationships with internal clients and business partners while delivering professional operational support.
• Prepare documents and reports, manage departmental information systems, and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 13 months to 3 years of general work experience.
• Knowledge of the securities industry and financial services products, including financial instruments, financial management, and cash and capital principles.
• Understanding of diverse corporate action events, claims, 180 Liability Notices, transformations, foreign currency conversions, and Double Taxation Agreements.
• Familiarity with corporate actions systems and market infrastructure, including XSP, SIS, DTC, and Euroclear.
• Ability to analyze data, follow procedures and regulatory standards, communicate clearly, and work with limited supervision.
