Sr Per Banker (Banking)

What you will do

• Service assigned client relationships, provide holistic advice, identify client needs, and support cross-selling of products and services.
• Process wires and fund transfers, open and close accounts, maintain account records, image documents, and research client issues.
• Handle cash transactions, paying and receiving activities, daily balancing, banking reports, and audit support.
• Set up and service deposit accounts, review documentation, maintain safe deposit boxes where available, and prevent documentation deficiencies.
• Follow risk management, compliance, and banking operations procedures while escalating issues and concerns to management.
• Mentor Personal Bankers, share deposit-area expertise, and train colleagues as designated by management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience in banking operations, products, or services.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing conflicting priorities and workflow.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
