What you will do

• Create and lead long-term collaborations with client partners.
• Develop and execute business development strategies for product opportunities in the Chinese market.
• Partner with enterprise leaders to develop new business opportunities.
• Support portfolio strategy, including network building, client engagement, messaging, and offer development.
• Contribute the client perspective and content development to project work throughout the year.
• Develop proactive network engagement approaches for target audiences.

Requirements

• Native Chinese and strong English verbal and written skills.
• Proven leadership experience in creative organizations, within or outside the design industry.
• Experience in a creative consulting or agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
• Proactive and creative problem-solving approach in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with multiple internal and external organizations.
