Site Operations Coordinator (Electric Vehicle Charging)

Location: Smithfield, NSW 2164, Australia, ideally, or Sydney Olympic Park with flexible/hybrid working.

What you will do

• Monitor the NRMA electric vehicle charging network and respond to faults and network queries.
• Coordinate investigations, repairs, and scheduled or reactive maintenance with field resources, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Draft and distribute work orders, scopes of work, and operational documentation.
• Provide administrative project support for greenfield charging sites.
• Collect data and prepare site performance and contractor performance reports.

Requirements

• Methodical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience producing high-quality documentation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Previous experience monitoring active EV, electrical, or telecommunications network assets is advantageous.
