What you will do

• Draft press materials and fact sheets.
• Maintain media contact databases and monitor media coverage.
• Prepare media monitoring reports.
• Assist with event preparation and logistics.
• Coordinate press kit assembly and distribution.
• Support internal communications and liaise with vendors for promotional materials.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of administrative or public relations support experience.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of public relations processes and tools.
• Strong writing, organization, and scheduling skills.
• Professionalism, adaptability, attention to detail, teamwork, and effective written and oral communication.
• Proficiency with business tools, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
