Location: Remote work at ’s place of business in Richland, Washington, United States; the role is generally located across the CONUS and Pacific Northwest. Hanford Site access is not authorized for this work.

What you will do
- Perform final editing and production of approximately 15 engineering reports and presentations per year.
- Finalize spelling, grammar, layout, formatting, references, and document-release materials.
- Interface directly with report authors and engineers to prepare technically accurate deliverables.
- Create graphics for reports and presentations using Visio and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Prepare and issue high-visibility Tank and Pipeline Integrity reports for DOE, the Office of River Protection, the Washington State Department of Ecology, and public release.
- Submit complete, accurate, legible, and reproducible electronic deliverables in accordance with established procedures.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience formatting and publishing documents, preferably for the Department of Energy.
- Working knowledge of Hanford Site and H2C document standards, procedures, and technical document control requirements.
- Working knowledge of the U.S. Government Printing Office Style Manual, Chicago Manual of Style, and NRC Editorial Style Guide.
- Familiarity with procedures for identifying, marking, and protecting Official Use Only information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Adobe applications, and ACAD.
- Excellent written and oral communication, organization, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
