What you will do

• Manage financial due diligence and transaction services projects for buy-side and sell-side mandates.
• Determine project scope and resource requirements, manage timelines, and oversee day-to-day client communication.
• Analyse historical and forecast financial information, interrogate models, and challenge assumptions.
• Prepare and review reports, financial models, proposals, and client deliverables.
• Manage client take-on, AML, engagement terms, and other risk and quality processes.
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members while supporting business development and networking.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in transactions and/or a corporate finance environment.
• ACA/ACCA qualification, preferably with at least 3 years post-qualified experience.
• Strong financial analysis, numerical, Excel, and financial model interrogation skills.
• Experience producing high-quality professional documents and reports.
• Client-facing experience and the ability to discuss financially related commercial issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to demanding timetables and develop practical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with lenders and/or clients on debt transactions.
