What you will do

• Manage continuous improvement activities and deliver results according to M1 and M2 KPIs.
• Define, maintain, and implement CI processes and work instructions across the plant and country.
• Evaluate and prioritize improvement ideas with departments and CI committees.
• Calculate business cases, payback periods, ROI, and the financial impact of CI initiatives.
• Lead the CI Committee and promote improvement campaigns, recognition programs, and employee engagement.
• Manage CI tools, training, and the transfer of best practices across departments, segments, plants, and countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with production optimization, manufacturing operations management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement concepts.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• Ability to ensure compliance with legal, internal, safety, environmental, and OPEX standards.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage resources responsibly, and support customer satisfaction and business results.
