E and I QC Engineer (Electrical and Instrumentation)

Location: Asab, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Prepare quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans, and review construction documents for E&I compliance.
• Monitor design, procurement, construction, handover, method statement, and ITP activities for electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunications works.
• Manage inspections and testing, supervise QC Inspectors, and verify that measurement and testing instruments are functional and calibrated.
• Maintain inspection, testing, and quality records and perform statistical analysis of test data.
• Coordinate third-party testing and inspection companies and support subcontractor and supplier audits.
• Identify and close out punch lists and non-conformances, support corrective actions, final certification documents, and commissioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas projects, preferably with ADNOC.
• Strong experience in electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunication works.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturer and vendor document reviews during the engineering and procurement phases.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
• Strong supervisory, coordination, reporting, communication, organizational, and professional judgment skills.
