Quality Manager - UZ Islands - Engineering & Procurement (Offshore Water Injection Project) (Oil & Gas Quality Management): Establishing and managing the project quality management system across engineering, procurement, supplier quality, inspection, and commissioning activities with an accent on offshore brownfield delivery and major equipment procurement. Focus on supplier audits, inspection and test plans, non-conformance management, quality documentation, and compliance with ADNOC, ISO, API, ASME, ASTM, and NACE requirements.
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates initially, followed by the fabrication yard and offshore site during execution and commissioning

What you will do
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan, objectives, KPIs, and monitoring systems.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control across engineering and procurement phases.
- Establish engineering deliverable reviews, design verification, validation, and non-conformance processes.
- Manage supplier qualification, audits, surveillance plans, vendor quality documentation, and source inspections.
- Develop inspection strategies and witness factory acceptance, performance, and critical equipment tests.
- Coordinate audits, corrective and preventive actions, quality records, turnover dossiers, and stakeholder activities across clients, vendors, engineering, procurement, and third-party inspectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Lead Auditor Certification for ISO 9001 is required.
- 20–25 years of quality management experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 8 years in a quality management leadership role.
- Extensive experience with engineering and procurement phases of EPC projects, offshore brownfield developments, and major equipment procurement.
- Experience managing supplier quality programs and international vendor networks; ADNOC Offshore experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, API, ASME, ASTM, NACE, ADNOC, IEC, and ISO standards, plus quality and project software including SAP QM, Intelex, ETQ Reliance, Aconex, AVEVA Engineering, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification or an equivalent qualification.
- Additional certifications in quality management or supplier quality.
