Product Manager - Fleet Management (Robotics)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $165,000–$195,000 per year, plus potential equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Own the fleet management product strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and prioritization.
• Define robot commissioning, identity, configuration, and deployment-history workflows.
• Build fleet visibility across system health, performance, and operational risks.
• Use telemetry anomalies and fault patterns to support proactive maintenance and service alerts.
• Design technician workflows from issue triage through verified repair and return to service, including onsite and offline access.
• Define ERP and related-system integrations, lead field pilots, and measure rollout results using fleet availability and service performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years building B2B products for robotics, connected equipment, or field operations.
• Experience turning ambiguous operational problems into shipped products with measurable results.
• Experience using telemetry and service data to guide product decisions.
• Systems thinking across connected devices, cloud software, and enterprise integrations; ERP or asset management experience is valuable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical and operational teams while working with field users.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent business experience.
• Familiarity with fleet monitoring or predictive maintenance.
