What you will do

• Perform initial reviews of life insurance applications and validate agent licensing and appointments.
• Enter cases into the agency management system and submit applications to insurance carriers through secure delivery.
• Order and track paramedical exams and medical records required for underwriting decisions.
• Process issued policies, delivery requirements, and follow-up notices for financial advisors and agents.
• Submit documentation to carriers and confirm that policies are placed in force.
• Process policy service requests and support Life Care Specialists with daily tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in annuities, life insurance, long-term care, disability income products, financial services, or customer service; equivalent education and training may be considered.
• Knowledge of office procedures, life insurance operations, functional processes, and applicable regulations.
• Experience using office equipment and software for correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and electronic communication.
• Ability to organize multiple detailed assignments, analyze information, identify discrepancies, solve problems, and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.

• Life, Health and Variable Annuities License.
