What you will do
- Perform excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, foundation, and paving works according to approved drawings, method statements, and ADNOC standards.
- Act as the Job Performer under the ADNOC Permit to Work system and ensure compliance with permit conditions.
- Coordinate with the Permit Holder, Area Authority, and HSE team before and during work execution.
- Supervise work crews and ensure the proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor progress, support inspections and quality checks, and maintain site housekeeping.
- Report unsafe conditions, near misses, and deviations, and stop work when conditions are unsafe.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Mandatory ADNOC-approved Civil Job Performer certification.
- At least 5 years of civil construction experience in oil and gas projects.
- Experience working inside ADNOC facilities with exposure to the PTW system.
- Knowledge of civil drawings, method statements, excavation safety, formwork, concrete works, and rebar installation.
- Good communication skills and the ability to supervise work crews.
