Project Manager, Government, Project & Development Services

Salary: $102,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage project scope, deliverables, schedules, reports, drawings, and design and construction phases.
• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, and completion against agreed targets.
• Develop and maintain master project budgets, timelines, meeting agendas, and project documentation.
• Coordinate vendor RFQs and RFPs, review change orders and invoices, and track project financial information.
• Identify project issues, obtain approvals for organizational changes and additional expenditures, and keep building management informed.
• Manage client relationships and provide consulting and project services as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience and demonstrated project management expertise.
• Experience managing government projects, client relationships, and consulting engagements.
• Ability to manage complete projects autonomously from initiation through completion.
• Ability to read construction specifications, blueprints, and architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, analysis, reporting, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills; ability to guide junior staff.
