New Grad Respiratory Therapist (Cardiopulmonary Services)

Location: 603 S Chestnut St, Ellensburg, WA 98926, USA; onsite full-time hospital role

Salary: USD 30.29–48.98 per hour, depending on experience and license level

What you will do

• Deliver respiratory care to patients across the Critical Care Unit, Emergency Room, Family Birthing Place, and medical-surgical units.
• Complete hands-on clinical training with continuous supervision during the initial orientation period.
• Build confidence and develop respiratory therapy skills in a critical-care hospital environment.
• Train primarily on the day shift and transition to the night shift after successful completion of orientation.

Requirements

• Recent graduation from a Respiratory Therapy program.
• Registry with the National Board of Respiratory Care as an RRT or CRT within three months of hire.
• Current Washington State Respiratory Therapist license.
• Current CPR and ACLS cards, with ongoing maintenance required.
• PALS and NRP certification within three months of hire, with ongoing maintenance required.

• Work or educational experience supporting group and team relationships.
