Senior Print Designer - Men's Apparel - Hybrid (Seattle, WA)

Location: Hybrid in the Seattle, WA area; minimum 4 days per week in the hirify.global Seattle office. Seasonal travel may be required for research and product development.

Salary: $93,500–$155,000 annual, with possible performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Manage the print design process from concept through completion in partnership with the Director and in-house Design team.
• Research competitors, products, fabrics, washes, colors, and contemporary market trends.
• Identify and present seasonal print and color directions, design boards, artwork, and original prints.
• Develop print concepts aligned with market trends, brand strategy, cost parameters, and technical requirements.
• Partner with CFTs and design partners to deliver print content and maintain a consistent seasonal point of view.
• Coach and develop staff, provide performance feedback, and promote effective teamwork and communication.

Requirements

• Degree in Apparel, Fashion, Textile, Print, or Graphic Design.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong design and conceptual skills, with expertise in textiles, color application, artwork techniques, and fabric.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, NED Graphics, Procreate, and/or Fresco.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, prioritization, multitasking, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach, manage, and develop direct reports.
