What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions using custom development and Power Platform capabilities.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with internal systems, external systems, and third-party API services.
• Support user acceptance testing and deploy solutions through repeatable CI/CD protocols.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for CRM solutions.
• Monitor Dynamics environments, gather analytics, and advise stakeholders on wave releases and upcoming changes.
• Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides, while collaborating with business analysts and project managers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions.
• Experience across Customer Engagement, including Sales and Customer Insights.
• Proficiency with business process flows, plugins, workflows, cloud flows, and custom entity modelling.
• Commercial experience integrating Power Platform with third-party APIs and performing data migrations using tools such as KingswaySoft SSIS.
• Strong knowledge of C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Commercial experience translating reporting requirements into Power BI reports.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure services.
• Current Power Platform certification.
