Catalog Integrity Specialist

Location: Onsite in La Vergne, Tennessee, USA

Salary: $22.17–$27.48 per hour

What you will do

• Vet and activate new accounts and titles for the Lightning Source and hirify.globalSpark catalogs.
• Ensure account quality through fraud mitigation and third-party fraud prevention tools.
• Maintain Content Integrity Guidelines and account and title quarantine workbenches.
• Work with Sales, Client Services, Legal, Catalog Operations, and Digital teams to process accounts and titles accurately.
• Communicate with clients to validate account and title information when needed.
• Monitor integrity processes, maintain partner reports, identify trends, and recommend catalog improvements using internal and AI tools.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent directly related experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or publishing.
• Experience evaluating account or title information and following established guidelines.
• Ability to work onsite in La Vergne, Tennessee, USA.
