TC Korea – Technical Product Manager | (RVM)

Salary: KRW 70,000,000–75,000,000 yearly

What you will do

• Serve as the local technical product expert for TOMRA reverse vending machines (RVMs) in Korea.
• Monitor machine connectivity, webhooks, and system events, and investigate performance issues.
• Coordinate field technicians, service partners, preventive maintenance, repairs, and service calls.
• Manage service requests, repair records, spare-parts requirements, and inventory availability.
• Evaluate, test, validate, and support the implementation of new RVM models, hardware, software, and product enhancements.
• Identify recurring technical issues, recommend corrective actions, and report on technical, service, testing, and inventory activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical support, product support, field service, or service operations.
• Troubleshooting, analytical, planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with spare-parts and inventory management processes.
• Ability to communicate in Korean and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions with a customer-focused approach.

• Experience with automated equipment, vending systems, recycling solutions, IoT devices, or similar technologies.
