Senior Product Manager (Promise & Transportation Network Product)

What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for the Promise & Transportation Network platform as the business and logistics network expand.
• Drive end-to-end serviceability logic across fulfillment centers and last-mile delivery nodes.
• Own inventory and promise engines that provide accurate, real-time delivery commitments at high throughput.
• Design network configuration and change management platforms that support topology and capacity changes without downtime.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, SCM, Fulfillment, Logistics Operations, and customer-facing product teams.
• Define performance metrics and use operational data to identify bottlenecks, reduce latency, and optimize the platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in high-scale technology platforms, e-commerce, logistics technology, supply chain management, or distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts, fulfillment node management, transportation routing, inventory assignment, or serviceability logic.
• Experience owning backend systems, microservice architectures, high-throughput calculation engines, or enterprise configuration platforms.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and data analytics for hypothesis validation and product impact measurement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, data science, and business operations.

Nice to have

• Experience building promise systems.
• Experience designing change management or network topology platforms for large-scale physical operations.
• Experience in global e-commerce, hyper-growth logistics, or technology-led product companies.
• Master's or MBA degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
