Quality Analyst 1 (Quality Management)

Location: Ormond Beach, Florida, United States; onsite work in laboratory and office environments. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

What you will do

• Oversee, review, process, and maintain quality forms, documents, databases, and related materials.
• Provide guidance to employees, managers, and functional leaders on quality policies, programs, procedures, and operational improvements.
• Investigate quality questions and customer feedback, coordinate responses, and help resolve quality-related issues.
• Analyze operational results, feedback, and quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Audit testing, equipment, procedures, databases, and reports to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support quality and cross-functional projects, including timelines, resources, budgets, reporting, and team participation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Operations, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of quality management principles, quality programs, regulations, standards, compliance requirements, and calibration processes.
• Ability to interpret and explain laws, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Experience preparing reports and business documents, delivering presentations, training employees, and supporting project teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining professional relationships.
• Ability to work in both laboratory and office environments with potential exposure to chemicals, fumes, gases, odors, and other laboratory conditions.
