Salary: $295,821–$335,000 per year, with production, patient satisfaction, and team bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient family medicine for patients of all ages.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and document patient conditions.
• Build long-term relationships with patients across generations.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and medical assistants as part of the patient care team.
• Deliver broad-scope rural care with specialty support and limited call requirements.

Requirements

• MD or DO with completed residency.
• Board eligible or board certified in family medicine.
• Eligible for a Washington State medical license.
• DEA license and NPI.
• ACLS, PALS, and STABLE certifications, or the ability to obtain them.
• Experience or exposure to a clinic environment.
