What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Lead marketing and events professionals while fostering innovation and excellence.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate major corporate events and marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing and events budgets, resource allocation, and return on investment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, partners, and media outlets.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, analyze market trends, and report performance to senior leadership.

Requirements

• UAE National status is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience in marketing and events management with a proven record of success.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, project management, marketing budgets, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic, plus in-depth knowledge of the UAE market, culture, and business practices.
