Marketing Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA; onsite

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across print, digital, signage, and promotional collateral.
• Support public relations strategy and communications with partners.
• Plan and execute site openings, trade shows, sponsorship events, and other brand-building activities.
• Manage social media content, content calendars, and online activity monitoring.
• Review creative materials and maintain marketing collateral inventory.
• Support budget development, media planning, and supplier RFQs.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in marketing coordination or public relations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
