ERP (SAP LE Module) Consultant - Bilingual (English/Korean)

Compensation: USD 100,000–115,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise users on defining and designing SAP Logistics processes aligned with customer requirements.
• Document business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system improvements.
• Support SAP implementation management and process optimization in coordination with headquarters.
• Provide SAP LE support, training, documentation, and ongoing assistance to end users across North American sites.
• Monitor issues and operational performance, prepare reports, and serve as the primary on-call resource for troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a functional or business consultant working with SAP applications.
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in ECC 6 or HANA environments.
• Experience processing EDI document types and familiarity with EDI-related systems.
• Project experience covering planning, testing, user training, and training documentation.
• ABAP debugging skills and understanding of the system development life cycle.
• Bilingual Korean and English proficiency required.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Participation in full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Experience with project management tools and concepts.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills.
