IT ERP Analyst (SAP)

Location: 4 days onsite in Centennial, Colorado, United States

Pay rate: $70–$80 per hour

What you will do

• Configure and support SAP Production Planning processes, including bills of material, routings, work centers, production versions, MRP, production orders, scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Implement and sustain SAP Quality Management workflows for incoming, in-process, and final inspections, including inspection plans, sampling procedures, usage decisions, and quality notifications.
• Configure Inventory Management and Warehouse Management processes covering goods movements, storage locations, warehouses, stock types, batches, serial numbers, picking, putaway, replenishment, and physical inventory.
• Maintain end-to-end integration across PP, QM, IM/WM, MM, and MES systems while resolving operational issues related to manufacturing and warehouse execution.
• Translate production, quality, and logistics requirements into SAP solutions, functional specifications, testing activities, and change management actions.
• Provide daily support, troubleshoot user issues, resolve tickets, correct data inconsistencies, document processes, and train users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of hands-on SAP ERP experience with strong proficiency in PP, QM, IM, and/or WM.
• Experience supporting production or warehouse operations in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and requirements translation skills.
• Experience in aerospace and defense or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Centennial, Colorado, 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and MES integration.
• Prior ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation experience.
• Experience with warehouse automation, Industry 4.0, digital quality systems, and operational improvement initiatives.
