Senior SAP Consultant (S/4HANA) with German

Location: Poland; flexible remote, hybrid, or on-site work available in Gliwice or Opole.

What you will do

• Analyze and optimize maintenance and logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design target processes and prepare functional concepts.
• Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define process scopes and harmonization strategies for complex SAP landscapes.
• Prepare recommendations and decision-making materials.
• Create functional specifications and support end-to-end integration across PM, MM, QM, and SD.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP consulting experience with PM, MM, QM, and SD.
• Strong experience with S/4HANA projects, SAP process design, and customizing.
• Deep understanding of maintenance and asset management processes.
• Strong integration knowledge across SAP logistics modules and experience as a Senior SAP PM Consultant.
• German at B2 level or higher.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP PP, PS, EWM, or WM.
• Knowledge of RFC, IDoc, OData, and REST integrations.
• Experience with SAP system consolidation, harmonization, and complex enterprise transformation programs.
