SAP Development Manager

Location: Hybrid role available in Beverly Hills, New York, or Nashville

Salary: $126,750–$169,000 annually; maximum compensation of $188,000 for Beverly Hills and $187,000 for New York based on a hybrid schedule.

What you will do

• Lead hands-on SAP development and integration architecture across the finance systems landscape.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain SAP applications, enhancements, reports, interfaces, workflows, and integrations.
• Build and support APIs, web services, middleware integrations, SAP Integration Suite, BTP, and cloud integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for SAP S/4HANA and ECC transformation, modernization, remediation, and migration initiatives.
• Lead internal developers, consultants, offshore resources, system integrators, and vendors.
• Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance optimization, production releases, security, compliance, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of SAP technical development experience with deep hands-on SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• Strong ABAP programming skills, including enterprise solution design, development, debugging, code review, and support.
• Experience building complex SAP integrations with APIs, web services, middleware, SAP Integration Suite, and related technologies.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, managing offshore SAP teams, and overseeing vendors and system integrators.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Beverly Hills, New York, or Nashville.

Nice to have

• SAP ECC development and technical architecture experience, including ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
• SAP Basis knowledge, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, .NET, DevOps, and CI/CD experience.
• Knowledge of finance, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, treasury, and reporting processes.
• Experience integrating SAP with ERP, CRM, banking, data warehouse, travel, SaaS, and cloud applications.
• SAP certifications or experience in media, entertainment, sports, talent representation, licensing, royalty, or professional services.
