IT Data & AI Transformation Leader

Location: Office-based in Leawood, Kansas, United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

What you will do

• Define and execute a data and AI transformation strategy aligned with business growth and digital transformation objectives.
• Architect modern data and AI solutions using Snowflake and AWS across JD Edwards, Infor, QAD, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
• Lead the development and scaling of AI use cases using ChatGPT and Claude from concept through production.
• Improve data quality, master data consistency, analytics, KPIs, forecasting, and self-service capabilities with Qlik and enterprise data platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data and AI professionals.
• Drive data and AI adoption, literacy, repeatable delivery frameworks, and measurable business outcomes across global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation roles.
• Experience with JD Edwards, Infor, QAD, Salesforce, and enterprise data platforms.
• Proven experience architecting scalable data and AI solutions and leading technical teams.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, SQL, and data engineering capabilities.
• Familiarity with Python, R, modern data engineering frameworks, and relational, columnar, and NoSQL databases.
