Senior Marketing Strategist (Digital Marketing)

Location: On-site at hirify.global’s headquarters in Chardon, Ohio; some hybrid schedules may be available for employees commuting from a far distance.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary advisor and point of contact for select clients.
• Develop and implement customized digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Enhance and expand the agency’s marketing service offerings.
• Lead internal marketing initiatives focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
• Support sales positioning and marketing initiatives for prospective clients.
• Build data-driven performance tracking systems and optimize campaign strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience; agency experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and/or commercial contracting industries and B2B marketing.
• Proven success developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple industries.
• Expertise in SEO, paid media, social media marketing, email marketing, content strategy, website design, CRO, and analytics.
• Experience managing multiple clients and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client communication, presentation, strategic thinking, mentoring, and team leadership skills.

• Digital marketing agency experience.
• Experience with manufacturing or commercial contractor clients.
