Warehouse Trainer (Days)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, United States. Employees must be eligible to work in the United States.

Salary: $24.00–$30.00 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Welcome new employees and temporary workers and introduce them to warehouse, production, quality, supplier, and work-area procedures.
• Demonstrate warehouse tasks, equipment operation, documentation use, and material verification according to training checklists.
• Train employees on Good Manufacturing Practices, traceability, lot control, identification, batch preparation, and line clearance.
• Explain workplace risks and safety procedures, helping prevent accidents and responding to safety concerns.
• Assess employees after induction, provide feedback and additional training, and monitor progress over time.
• Mentor employees and share best practices and challenges with warehouse supervisors, management, tutors, and Human Resources.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an effective operator in a warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Completed specific training provided by the Quality and EHS departments.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse quality procedures, documentation, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and stand and walk for approximately 90% of shifts.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, grab, and climb in a cleanroom manufacturing and warehouse environment.
