Warehouse Management Trainee

Location: Onsite at the Reno Branch, 8800 Military Road, Reno, NV 89506, United States. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Pay: $32–$36 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.

What you will do

• Complete an 18-month rotational program covering warehouse operations management and on-the-job learning.
• Train across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments.
• Develop skills to maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during job rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Self-motivated, collaborative approach with the ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work one of the available onsite shifts: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7 PM, or Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–5 AM.
