Junior Financial Planning and Reporting Specialist (SAP Business One)

DYKA is an international manufacturing and trading company producing and distributing piping systems for water and wastewater infrastructure using recycled and recyclable materials.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, KPI reporting, dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze financial data from multiple departments.
• Post transactions and maintain financial master data in SAP Business One.
• Support daily accounting, reconciliations, invoice processing, and month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist with audits, collection activities, corporate reporting, and improvements to finance processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or current enrollment in such a program.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance, reporting, controlling, or accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Very good command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Business One.
• Experience with financial consolidation and reporting systems, particularly Hyperion Financial Management.
