Quality Assurance Manager

Location: On-site in North York, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 104,025–155,344 per year

What you will do

• Oversee customer complaint investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, escalations, and management reviews.
• Manage supplier quality issues, supplier performance reviews, improvement plans, and audit support with Procurement.
• Lead site inspection and product release programs for raw materials, first pieces, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Maintain quality documentation, calibrate test equipment, execute internal audits, and implement inspection plans and SOP metrics.
• Collect and report quality, productivity, capacity, scrap, efficiency, and operational performance metrics.
• Manage and develop quality staff, support product launches, and lead continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Engineering or another relevant field.
• 5+ years of process management experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Experience with recognized Quality Management Systems such as ISO, including audits and certification processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Management tools and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver targets within established timelines.
• Ability to travel less than 10%.
