What you will do

• Collaborate with global silicon solutions teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality semiconductor IP.
• Analyze design defects to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Define and maintain design QA and release QC processes across multiple design organizations.
• Improve effectiveness and efficiency of quality procedures through the implementation of agentic AI systems.
• Generate, interpret, and communicate quality metrics to senior engineering management.
• Maintain quality certifications including ISO 9001 and ISO 26262.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE).
• 7+ years of experience in analog/digital IC design, verification, or silicon fabrication QA/QC.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Toronto, Austin, or Cary.
• Strong problem analysis, teamwork, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in analog IC design.
• Proficiency in defect management and analysis processes such as RCA, 5Why, or 8D.
