Specialist, Quality Assurance - Nights (Warehouse Management Systems)

Location: Onsite at 360 Shipwill St, Maple, Ontario, Canada; night shift

Salary: CAD 60,000–75,000 per year, depending on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Monitor inventory workflows from inbound through outbound using warehouse management systems.
• Manage real-time order release and workflow balance to meet store dispatch times.
• Monitor order scratches, fulfillment, marshalling, and clearing stations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, QA, and the automation provider to resolve workflow and system issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for warehouse management system and reporting anomalies.
• Create inventory reports, queries, macros, and analytical tools; document incidents and follow escalation procedures.

Requirements

• Age 16 or older.
• Ability to work onsite at the Maple, Ontario distribution center on night shifts.
• Ability to follow site protocols, escalation procedures, safety policies, and operational processes.
• Ability to monitor systems and inventory workflows and collaborate cross-functionally.
