Project Manager (m/f/d) (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects according to hirify.global project management standards from kick-off through completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
• Monitor KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate stakeholders and project teams, escalate issues, and support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced English, written and spoken, is required for communication with global teams and customers.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
