Transcon Agent (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage smooth and timely shipment processes and track and trace shipments.
• Enter operational data accurately and maintain data integrity against defined metrics.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external customers, service providers, and government agencies.
• Complete client billing, review invoices, manage destination charges, and resolve billing disputes.
• Post financial transactions, monitor accounting reports, and maintain clean, auditable financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, external regulations, SOPs, and KPIs while supporting team coverage.

Requirements

• Proficiency with software applications and mainframe systems.
• 10-key data entry by touch and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to identify efficiency improvements, recommend changes, and develop implementation procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment and willingness to work overtime.
• Strong understanding of export compliance.
• Completion of relevant certifications, including export clearance, dangerous goods, IATA/FIATA, export compliance, customs broker, sales, or transition and implementation certifications.
