Maintenance Technician (59421)

Location: San Pedro, CA, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Salary: USD 23–25 per hour

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames.
• Turn over apartments after move-outs within five days.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating, and access-control systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces.
• Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarms, and other building systems.
• Keep the work environment safe and clean, document performance, and procure materials as directed.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• High school diploma required.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.

• Relevant certifications, such as HVAC or CMRP.
